Welcome to Foggy Moth Metalworks! Please review the following shop policies before making a purchase, and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Shipping 

It’s a one-human show around here! 
I will get your piece package and shipped to you as soon as I can, but please allow 5 business days before reaching out. 

Materials 

Most pieces are made with .925 sterling silver. Some include small amounts of .999 fine silver, as well as brass or copper components. If this could be a concern for you, please don’t hesitate to ask questions before making your purchase.

Customs

I currently offer customs on a very limited basis. You are welcome to use my contact form to make a request, but please know that my time is limited, so if I don’t take you up on your idea it is nothing personal.

Returns

I want your piece to be an heirloom that you and those you are close to will treasure for years to come. If you are not happy with your piece upon receipt, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right. I offer a 14 day return window, where items may be returned for 14 days after delivery.

However, I will not accept ring returns for size. I will provide a photo of the ring on a sizer before purchase, so as to ensure the ring is the size agreed upon. If you would like help determining your ring size before ordering, just let me know and I am happy to help!
